As pure Antimony powder has been baned from China Export, we have invented a formulation with reducing ATO concentration while keeping the same flame resistant ability in a mixture powder form.

SHUN-301P can be used for especially in PVC compound and calender process, for making products where good flame retardency, LOI, smoke density and oxygen index is required.

It is powder form with minor percentage mixture of resin and flame retardant additive. It is considered as the offset grade of pure Antimony Trioxide (Sb₂O₃).

SHUN-301P does not contain prohibited substances specified in the RoHS Directive and meets the requirements of the substances specified in the REACH Regulation.

How to process

Regarding SHUN-301P powder used in PVC cable application. the oxygen index can achieve a range of 35-40, depending on the dosage of SHUN-301P. It is recommended to be added in the range of 100-150% of the original ATO dosage to be able to achieve good flame resistant performance. We recommend determining the optimal amount through testing, starting with a higher dosage and adjusting downward as needed.

Recommend dosage: 1.8 ~ 5.5%
